A second, distinct chapter of ABC-ARTE’s exhibition project dedicated to Gastone Biggi.
Following the Genoa retrospective, Tempo Continuo brings Biggi back to Milan through an autonomous and complementary exhibition. Previously unseen works selected from six fundamental cycles place distant moments of his practice in tension, revealing the underlying coherence of a research that continuously renewed itself without interruption.
The exhibition moves through the Continui, Variabili, Eventi – Guerra e Pace, the New York series, Puntocromie and Fleurs: from the ascetic rhythm of black and white to colour, matter and the mature formulation of Abstract Realism.
